Mr. John Ndungutse

Director - Chairman

Mr. John Ndungutse serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of MO Capital  where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Board , ensuring effective corporate governance , facilitating Board decision-making processes , overseeing management performance and risk management and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

 Mr. Ndungutse is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, investment management, business valuation, and capital markets advisory. He holds professional qualifications including ACCA and CPA (R) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, and he is also a CFA Program Level III candidate. Mr, John  has more than a decade of professional experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, project finance, and corporate transaction advisory.

He currently serves as Group Head of Investment – Ngali Holdings (Rwanda) where, he is responsible for overseeing business valuation activities across subsidiaries , developing strategic plans for portfolio companies , supervising investment portfolio performance , conducting feasibility studies and investment project evaluations.

Prior to assuming this position,  He worked as Investment Analyst – Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) Where he was responsible for identifying investment opportunities , conducting market analysis , supporting investment portfolio strategy , monitoring performance of fixed income investments.

Mr. John also served as Manager – Transaction Advisory and Senior Corporate Advisor at BDO East Africa, where he worked on investment readiness materials, financial modelling , investment memoranda preparation , deal structuring and transaction advisory.

His extensive experience in investment analysis and corporate finance provides valuable strategic guidance to MO Capital’s long-term growth strategy.

Mrs. Maureen KANANURA

Non-Executive Director

Maureen Kananura is a Rwanda entrepreneur and CEO of Liaison Global Ltd., a digital security print company. She is also the CEO of Sheargold Ltd. a Rwandan company providing technology solutions. Prior to going full throttle into entrepreneurship, she consulted at MK Consult Ltd., where she still provides such service in varying sectors.

Maureen also worked as the deputy director of Deputy Director of Access Technologies Services Ltd (ATS) where she engaged different investors, analyzed products and provided resolutions for investment. Prior to that, she worked locally at Partners in Health Rwanda as their deputy director for EMS and helped leverage collaboration with government and other stakeholders/partners.

Maureen has over 5 years’ experience working in varying capacities and for well renown Biopharmaceutical and Clinical Research Organization [Parexel], Biotechnology Company [Biogen Inc.] as well as Diagnostics & Imaging Solutions Company [Hologic Inc.] in the USA. When not in the driver’s seat, Maureen enjoys being a doting mother and connecting with her little ones.

Mr. Olivier MUNEZA

Executive Director

Mr. Olivier Muneza is a Rwandan capital markets professional, entrepreneur, and business leader with extensive experience in securities brokerage, investment advisory, corporate finance, and capital market development. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MO Capital Ltd, a licensed capital markets intermediary regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and a member of the Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE).

Under his leadership, MO Capital has grown into a recognized participant in Rwanda's capital markets, providing brokerage, discretionary investment management, and corporate advisory services to individual, institutional, and corporate clients. He has been instrumental in promoting investor participation, enhancing market awareness, and supporting capital market transactions across Rwanda.

Mr. Olivier has been actively involved in various strategic transactions and capital market initiatives, including corporate fundraising, transaction advisory, investor education programs, and market development activities. He has also championed initiatives aimed at improving financial literacy and increasing participation in Rwanda's capital markets.

In addition to leading MO Capital, Olivier has played a key role in fostering collaboration among regulators, market intermediaries, issuers, and investors to support the growth and deepening of Rwanda's financial markets. His vision is to build locally rooted financial institutions capable of mobilizing capital, supporting entrepreneurship, and contributing to economic development.

He is currently pursuing an Advanced Master in Financial Markets at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in Belgium, further strengthening his expertise in financial markets, investment management, and capital market regulation.

Through his leadership, Mr. Olivier continues to position MO Capital as a trusted financial services institution and a long-term contributor to the development of Rwanda's capital markets ecosystem.

Tony G. KAMUGISHA

Non - Executive Director

Tony Is a Consultant and Investor Chief Coordinator of KFG loyal firm (kfg loyal.rw) the Financial and FDI regional promotion and bridging investment into African region under our offices (Horn of Africa liaison office based in Mogadishu, West African region liaison office based in Guinea Conakry, Southern African liaison office based in Zambia, East Africa region liaison office based in Nairobi) all coordinating and making access to foreign investment by Governments and private individual partnerships.

Prior to that he was Sector Specialist in accelerator (Think tank) of investment in Rwanda Development Board(RDB) until 2022, Realignment of Foreign Investment Funds into the right projects and priority sector in line with the countries Strategic transformation one NST1.

We established a strong vibrant response on the high demand of opportunities and developed sub sectors with in main sector to ring off the ecosystem in Rwanda. orchestrating the Investment into the country.

He is a technical and strategic board member MKF-Group until present, with versatile knowledge of intuitional transition phase from traditional into corporate governance with all requirements to become listed on stock market.

Highly trained (ToT) by Boston Consultancy Group (BCG) the world Leading consultancy firm in strategies and Matrix, founded in 1963 in Boston, accomplished the training in 2019 -2021 in various courses, Strategic Planning, Strategic Reporting, Communication Strategy, Pitch Deck Development, Tips and tricks in BCG research and Matrix format, Database and profiling, this lead me to become Sector Expert in the priority projects while being agile in all the performances. This was a game changer in my life as a sector specialist.

He has qualification in Msc. MPP at Nebraska University Omaha Online (School of Public Policy), accomplishment was a double entre in my career growth and turning point to my experience as expert in sector development and capacity building.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Rwanda, College of Business Kigali, Rwanda. A competent person with extensive experience in planning, budgeting and Financial Advisory role. Highly organized and result oriented person, Able to balance own time effectively and priorities of workload.

Works with tight deadlines and under considerable pressure. Friendly, approachable with excellent and interpersonal skills. He provided strategic support to Rwanda Development Board for investment analysis and financial capacity of incoming investors in Rwanda.
