Mr. Olivier MUNEZA

CEO

Mr. Muneza Olivier is the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of MO Capital Ltd (a Trading member of Rwanda Stock Exchange).

Prior to assuming this position, Olivier has served in various capacities with in MBEA Brokerage Services Ltd, from Sales and Trading Assistant, Sales and Trading Officer and Ag.Country  Manager amongst others.

Mr. Olivier played a key role as a Sales Agent during 4 out of 5 IPOs of local listed companies, where he acted as primary intermediary between the investors and the issuers.

 Mr. Olivier brings more than Ten years of experience to service his diverse clients’ business and investments needs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Mount Kenya University and serves as Deputy Chairman of Rwanda Association of Stock Brokers (RASB).

Mrs. Clementine CYUZUZO

Head of Operations Department

Ms. Cyuzuzo is in charge of supervising the company’s back-office operations and administration activities amongst other roles.

Prior to assuming this position, Mrs. Cyuzuzo served as a front desk officer in MFI Document Solutions Rwanda.

Prior to that she temporally worked for MBEA Brokerage Services Rwanda during I&M Bank and Crystal Telecom IPOs. Clementine holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Independent University of Kigali (ULK).

Mr. Ismael YAMBABARIYE

Head of Finance and Treasury Department

Ismael brings over a decade of extensive experience in finance and accounting. With a strong background in managing day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, and compliance.

Ismael has demonstrated his expertise in financial analysis and reporting, budget management, and audit preparation in Different Trading Companies like Saioffice Supplies (Rw) Ltd and Manufacturing industries Like Adma International Ltd, Master Health Rwanda ltd and, Media Agencies Like iBLUE Concepts Ltd and many More.

He is pursuing the ACCA certification and holds various finance Modelling and analytical training certificates.

He excels in communication, leadership, and organization, making him a vital asset to Mo Capital in ensuring financial stability and growth. His ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and his strong public relations and negotiation skills further enhance his effectiveness as a leader in the finance sector.

Mr. Dan RWIYAMIRIRA

Head of Risk & Compliance Department

Dan has been in the financial sector for 9 years. Working in the financial sector, he has developed a strong understanding and expertise in investments, pension systems & retirement planning, insurance, and capital markets.

His journey began as a Project Assistant for the EAC_World Bank Financial Sector Development and Regionalization Project where he supported in reforming some of the EAC financial sector policies and laws aimed at broadening and deepening of the financial sector through the establishment of a single market in financial services among EAC Partner States, with a view to making a wide range of financial products and services available to all, at competitive prices.

He has been instrumental in the establishment of Rwanda’s first ever informal sector pension scheme called Long-term Savings Scheme (LTSS) locally known as ‘‘EjoHeza’’. He played a pivotal role in establishing the scheme’s Governance structure including the fund manager, custodian, life insurer, including overseeing implementation of its operational architecture from a business perspective which contributed to the growth of membership and Total Assets Under Management (AUM) to over 2 Million and USD 18 Million respectively. He has been featured in various World Bank publications “The Promise of Ejo-Heza_A Brighter Future for All Rwandans’’ and “Social Protection for the Informal Economy_Operational Lessons for Developing Countries in Africa and beyond’’.

Dan joined MO Capital in January 2023 as a Consultant and contributed to reshaping the company’s new transformation strategy with a view to becoming one of the most profitable & innovative Investment Banks within East Africa. He was onboarded as a member of MO Capital staff in January 2024 to lead the Risk & Compliance docket. He focuses on providing tailored advice to individual and corporate clients in the areas of investments, insurance, retirement planning, and non-deposit financial services while adhering to the regulatory framework and procedures.

He graduated from the National University of Rwanda with a bachelor’s degree in economics and obtained his MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI). Outside of work, he is an avid reader and a mentor for his peers and young entrepreneurs

Ms. Natasha MUKESHIMANA

Manager, Debt & Equity Market

Natasha is a seasoned finance professional with a deep expertise in equity and debt markets. With over 3 years of experience, she has established herself throughout her career and has demonstrated a keen ability to analyze market trends, assess risk, and identify lucrative investment opportunities for induvial & corporate clients.  

She possesses a comprehensive understanding of both fundamental and technical analysis, enabling her to make informed decisions that optimize returns for clients and stakeholders.

Prior to her current role at MO Capital, she served as Administrative Assistant and facilitator at AEE Rwanda in 2020.

Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Adventist University of Central Africa and she is a master’s degree candidate in Finance at Adventist University of Central Africa. She is a certified Market Economist and Financial Statement Analyst certified by Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) in 2021.

Ms. Yvette AMANI

Manager, Investor Relations

Ms. Yvette is an investor Relations Manager with 2+ years of experience in enabling transparency, trust, and effective correspondence with investors and stakeholders.

Adept at tracking analyst reports and coverage to address any negative sentiment or misinformation.
She is dedicated to driving shareholder value and enhancing the company’s reputation in the market. By leveraging her knowledge and insights, she aims to provide investors with a clear understanding of our business strategy and financial performance.

Yvette holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Kigali. This academic background provided her with a robust understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.

Ms. Giselle O. AKAYO

Customer Service Analyst

Ms. Giselle is a highly experienced Customer Service Analyst with over  4 years of experience in the field. She has a proven track record of providing comprehensive customer service support in a variety of settings.

She is adept at utilizing computer productivity software to help to develop a sense of teamwork in a group and improving repeat sales with good customer service practices.

She specializes in developing customer service policy and improving customer service team morale.

Prior to joining MO Capital, she served as Finance & Admin Assistant for i-BLUE Concepts where she worked under Head of Finance to Assist all the financial and day-to-day accounting transactions of the company. 
 Prior to joining i-BLUE Concepts, she spent 5 years in south Africa where she worked as a customer service agent in a Technology trading Company called LAPTOP SERVICES Ltd for 3 years.

While in South Africa she also had a short spell at the Afret Group, a coffee importation company for 1 year as an Administrative Assistant.
