Muneza Olivier is a Rwandan capital markets professional, entrepreneur, and business leader with extensive experience in securities brokerage, investment advisory, corporate finance, and capital market development. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MO Capital Ltd, a licensed capital markets intermediary regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and a member of the Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE).
Under his leadership, MO Capital has grown into a recognized participant in Rwanda's capital markets, providing brokerage, discretionary investment management, and corporate advisory services to individual, institutional, and corporate clients. He has been instrumental in promoting investor participation, enhancing market awareness, and supporting capital market transactions across Rwanda.
Olivier has been actively involved in various strategic transactions and capital market initiatives, including corporate fundraising, transaction advisory, investor education programs, and market development activities. He has also championed initiatives aimed at improving financial literacy and increasing participation in Rwanda's capital markets.
In addition to leading MO Capital, Olivier has played a key role in fostering collaboration among regulators, market intermediaries, issuers, and investors to support the growth and deepening of Rwanda's financial markets. His vision is to build locally rooted financial institutions capable of mobilizing capital, supporting entrepreneurship, and contributing to economic development.
He is currently pursuing an Advanced Master in Financial Markets at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in Belgium, further strengthening his expertise in financial markets, investment management, and capital market regulation.
Through his leadership, Olivier continues to position MO Capital as a trusted financial services institution and a long-term contributor to the development of Rwanda's capital markets ecosystem.

Ismael brings over a decade of extensive experience in finance and accounting. With a strong background in managing day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, and compliance.
Ismael has demonstrated his expertise in financial analysis and reporting, budget management, and audit preparation in Different Trading Companies like Saioffice Supplies (Rw) Ltd and Manufacturing industries Like Adma International Ltd, Master Health Rwanda ltd and, Media Agencies Like iBLUE Concepts Ltd and many More.
He is pursuing the ACCA certification and holds various finance Modelling and analytical training certificates.
He excels in communication, leadership, and organization, making him a vital asset to Mo Capital in ensuring financial stability and growth. His ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and his strong public relations and negotiation skills further enhance his effectiveness as a leader in the finance sector.

Mr. Dan serves as the Head of Business Development at MO Capital , where he is responsible for driving the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, developing institutional relationships, and supporting the expansion of corporate finance and capital markets activities. Mr. Dan has been in the financial sector for 9 years. Working in the financial sector, he has developed a strong understanding and expertise in investments, pension systems & retirement planning, insurance, and capital markets.
His journey began as a Project Assistant for the EAC_World Bank Financial Sector Development and Regionalization Project where he supported in reforming some of the EAC financial sector policies and laws aimed at broadening and deepening of the financial sector through the establishment of a single market in financial services among EAC Partner States, with a view to making a wide range of financial products and services available to all, at competitive prices.
He has been instrumental in the establishment of Rwanda’s first ever informal sector pension scheme called Long-term Savings Scheme (LTSS) locally known as ‘‘EjoHeza’’. He played a pivotal role in establishing the scheme’s Governance structure including the fund manager, custodian, life insurer, including overseeing implementation of its operational architecture from a business perspective which contributed to the growth of membership and Total Assets Under Management (AUM) to over 2 Million and USD 18 Million respectively. He has been featured in various World Bank publications “The Promise of Ejo-Heza_A Brighter Future for All Rwandans’’ and “Social Protection for the Informal Economy_Operational Lessons for Developing Countries in Africa and beyond’’.
Dan joined MO Capital in January 2023 as a Consultant and contributed to reshaping the company’s new transformation strategy with a view to becoming one of the most profitable & innovative Investment Banks within East Africa. He was onboarded as a member of MO Capital staff in January 2024 to lead the Risk & Compliance docket. where he focused on providing tailored advice to individual and corporate clients in the areas of investments, insurance, retirement planning, and non-deposit financial services while adhering to the regulatory framework and procedures.
He graduated from the National University of Rwanda with a bachelor’s degree in economics and obtained his MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI). Outside of work, he is an avid reader and a mentor for his peers and young entrepreneurs

Mr. Gachanja serves as Director – Corporate Finance Services within MO Capital where he is responsible for originating corporate finance mandates, structuring capital raising transactions , supporting mergers and acquisitions advisory , strengthening MO Capital’s financial modelling capabilities , mentoring internal staff involved in corporate advisory activities.
Mr. Andrew Kagwa Gachanja is an experienced investment professional with approximately two decades of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, capital markets advisory, and portfolio management. He holds the globally recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has worked with leading financial institutions across investment management, corporate finance advisory, and international capital markets.
His professional background combines expertise in transaction structuring, financial modelling, valuation analysis, capital markets advisory, and strategic financial advisory.
Mr. Gachanja has worked with a range of financial institutions and advisory firms where he was responsible for advising on corporate transactions, investment structuring, and portfolio management.

Natasha is a seasoned finance professional with a deep expertise in equity and debt markets. With over 4 years of experience, she has established herself throughout her career and has demonstrated a keen ability to analyze market trends, assess risk, and identify lucrative investment opportunities for induvial & corporate clients.
She possesses a comprehensive understanding of both fundamental and technical analysis, enabling her to make informed decisions that optimize returns for clients and stakeholders.
Prior to her current role at MO Capital, she served as Administrative Assistant and facilitator at AEE Rwanda in 2020.
Natasha holds a Masters’s degree in finance from Adventist University of Central Africa and CSI Candidates level I. She is a certified Market Economist and Financial Statement Analyst certified by Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) in 2021.

Amani Yvette currently serves as Manager – Risk & Compliance at MO Capital , where she supports the firm in maintaining strong governance standards, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with investors and stakeholders.
In her role, Ms. Yvette contributes to strengthening the company’s internal compliance culture and ensuring that MO Capital operates in accordance with regulatory expectations governing capital market intermediaries. Her responsibilities include supporting regulatory reporting, overseeing disclosure processes, and assisting in the implementation of compliance procedures aligned with financial market regulations.
Her professional experience combines financial market communication, operational management, and stakeholder relations, enabling her to support the firm’s governance and compliance framework effectively.
As Manager – Risk & Compliance, Ms. Yvette contributes to strengthening the company’s internal control environment and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards governing capital markets institutions.
Yvette holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Kigali. This academic background provided her with a robust understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.

Ms. Clementine serves as The Settlement Account Manager , where she will be responsible for handling all client settlement activities, including Preparing settlement payment schedules and Executing client payments among others.
Prior to assuming this position, Mrs. Clementine was in charge of supervising the company’s back-office operations and administration activities amongst other roles.
Clementine holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Independent University of Kigali (ULK).
